Ahhh! One of my favourite things to make!! These cupcakes were baked for a birthday party. For the chocolate cupcakes, we placed a piece of Cadbury's Top Deck Chocolate in the middle of each cupcake. I decorated it with chocolate icing (using real chocolate) and placing a white chocolate disc in the centre. (Think they tasted like chocolate..??). The other half of the order was for Red Velvet cupcakes. Decorated with creamy cream cheese icing and pearls.
Lovely, delicious and festive!
