Wedding Cheese Cake

Cheese Wedding Cakes are becoming more and more popular. I was asked to make a wedding cake, made up of cheese, and to keep it simple.

I started with a round Asiago with black wax as the base, then stacked on two bigger Camembert rounds. On top of that was a smaller Camembert. It was finished off with two Philidelphia heart-shapes.

Blue Cheese was added on the side, together with berries and nuts. The couple loved the wedding cake, and said the guests enjoyed it too! It was eaten as a snack before dinner, while the pictures were being taken.
